    Basketball, badminton and table tennis activities are as follows

一、Activity Time: Sunday, July 12, 2020

二、Venue: Suzhou Olympic Sports Center (Address: No. 999 Zhongxin Avenue, Suzhou Industrial Park).

三、participants: Basketball: 22 people/time；

Badminton: 16 players/time；

Table tennis: 13 players/time.

四、Activity process：

1、Participants will gather at 12:30 am at the Sports Center

12:30--13:00Participants take group photos, group, stretch and other preparatory work.

13:00-16:00Basketball, badminton, table tennis activities

16:00-16:30Certificate issuance, group photo, body stretching and relaxation, etc.

17:00Group dinner

2、Basketball activities：

    Participate in basketball activities 21 people/time, need to rent a basketball court, 4 basketball, volunteer to form a team, a group of five people, a total of four groups, two referees. Play half a game. Each game is divided into two halves of 15 minutes each, with a 10 minute intermission. The highest score wins. If the score is the same, the free throw contest will be held, and the first one to make 5 free throws will win.

3、Badminton competition:

Participate in badminton activities 16 people/time, rent 2 badminton courts, 2 badminton racket, 6 badminton. Two judges. There are singles and doubles. Elimination games are played on a 21-point basis. The order of the competition shall be in accordance with the order of the attached items.

4、Table tennis Competition:

Participate in table tennis competition 11 people/time, rent 2 table tennis tables, 2 pairs of table tennis bats, 6 table tennis. Two judges. There are singles and doubles. Two out of three elimination games. The order of the competition shall be in accordance with the order of the attached items.

5、Other matters:

(1) 10 sets of basketball uniforms with the Logo of "Park Zhihong"

(2) Prize setting: First prize in basketball, five people

     Badminton first prize, singles, doubles

     Table tennis first prize, singles, doubles

     Total: 11

(3) 3 boxes of drinking water

(4) Prepare to take photos with the flag of "Suzhou Industrial Park Zhihong Engineering Management Consulting Co., LTD.".

(5) Print the table in advance, and bring a good record paper, pen, etc.
