No matter how high the temperature outside is, it can't dampen the enthusiasm for learning! The General Engineering Office of Zhihong Company organized a business knowledge exchange activity on the full text analysis of "Knowledge of Civil Air Defense Engineering Supervision" and "Residential Project Code GB55038-2025" in accordance with the current norms and the update of industry knowledge.
Due to the large number of front-line employees in the company, the company, adhering to the concept that everyone can receive education and learning and improve together, organized two exchange sessions on June 28th and July 5th respectively. This paper introduces the latest installation and management requirements for civil air defense equipment, key points to note in on-site supervision work, and a review of relevant civil air defense norms from three dimensions: laws and regulations, on-site quality acceptance and evaluation, and supervision behavior inspection. This enables colleagues who have not been involved in civil air defense projects to understand the basic knowledge of civil air defense, and those who have worked in civil air defense projects to further make up for the shortcomings in their work. My ability has been enhanced! After the new regulations for residential projects were issued, many parameters and practices have changed compared with the old ones. The company actively organized professionals to study the regulations, extract the key change points, and interpret them one by one in combination with the new regulation text. Colleagues who participated in the study took notes carefully and discussed actively after the meeting, enhancing the cultural learning atmosphere of the company and also recharging the front-line supervisors. Only with abundant knowledge can they provide better services to the owners!
