One. Summary of Project Inspection in the Past Quarter

1.1.Overall situation: Most project departments can abide by the company's management system, promote various supervision tasks in accordance with the company's management requirements, and on-site management is basically under control. 1.2.Existing problem:

1.3.Improvement requirements: Each project department must, in light of the specific issues identified in the inspection notice, draw lessons from them and complete the rectification within the prescribed time limit. The Engineering Department will follow up on the implementation of the rectification and take it as a key re-examination item in subsequent inspections, and include it in the assessment requirements.

  2.1.1 Several typical fire accident case analyses were shared as key points, emphasizing common hazards and rectification and preventive measures, and attaching great importance to daily fire safety management. Thoughts on fire inspection and filing as well as the performance of fire safety management duties arising from accountability for fire accidents in construction projects.
  2.1.2 All project departments must attach great importance to fire safety, immediately organize internal publicity and learning, ensure that relevant regulations are conveyed to every on-site manager and worker, and strictly conduct self-inspection and self-correction in accordance with the requirements of the documents to eliminate fire hazards.
2.2. Publicity and Implementation of Civil Air defense inspection documents
   2.2.1 The meeting publicized and implemented the latest document requirements regarding the construction quality and acceptance standards of civil air defense projects.
   2.2.2 It has clarified the particularity and significance of civil air defense projects in terms of structure, opening protection, equipment installation, etc., and pointed out the requirements for inspection in accordance with the relevant documents.
   2.2.3 Project departments involved in civil air defense projects must organize supervisory personnel to conduct special studies, deeply understand the design intentions and specification requirements, strengthen quality control during the construction process, and ensure that all functions of civil air defense projects meet the standards.
