With the rapid development of the semiconductor industry, the upgrading and transformation of existing factories have become a key link to increase production capacity, adapt to new processes and reduce energy consumption. In order to cultivate professional supervision and technical talents for the company's clean process-related systems, a supervision work exchange meeting for the renovation of semiconductor factories was specially held in the nano pilot plant renovation project.
The meeting was organized by the company's general engineering office and project director, who introduced and exchanged the successful experiences and best practices accumulated during the renovation of the semiconductor factory. At the same time, they predicted and warned of possible risks in the next stage and formulated preventive measures. This paper analyzes and summarizes the key points of supervision and control for critical processes such as the construction of high-level cleanrooms, the installation of special materials (such as PVDF pipes, epoxy anti-static floors), welding quality, sealing performance testing, pure water system processes, wastewater system processes, and specialty gas chemical systems. And organize on-site visits to the construction process flow to understand the process flow and operational logic relationship of each system, and discuss how to solve difficult problems such as the reinforcement and anti-micro-vibration treatment of existing structures, the connection and cutting of new and old systems (MAU, DCW, PCW), and the construction process of special gas double casing. Through the candid and in-depth communication at this meeting, not only did everyone gain an understanding of the semiconductor primary assembly construction process, but also, by drawing on previous installation experience, they acquired more specific theoretical and practical technical knowledge about the installation of process pipelines and equipment, laying a solid foundation for the development of the company's semiconductor factory renovation supervision business!
